Project Description
The proposed project aims to establish a rental farm and garden within the enchanting natural surroundings of Nasu, Tochigi prefecture, adjacent to a hotel. This initiative seeks to provide visitors with a garden-like space where they can actively engage with nature, cultivating crops in fields, harvesting fruits and nuts, and even cooking their bountiful harvests at the hotel. The project endeavors to capture the essence of these nature-based activities and integrate them into the fabric of contemporary culture.

The existing site, previously a flat meadow, will undergo a transformation into a dynamic landscape, evoking a sense of ever-changing beauty akin to a kaleidoscope. Water for the project will be sourced from the nearby river, giving rise to a multitude of water surfaces that reflect, distort, and seamlessly merge with the scenic surroundings. Each distinct area within the project will possess unique water speeds and sounds, further accentuating the individual characteristics of the landscape.

By creating this harmonious blend of natural elements, the project aspires to offer a captivating and immersive experience for visitors, enabling them to reconnect with nature and appreciate its serene beauty within the context of contemporary culture.
